Ingredients
1 part fresh pink grapefruit juice
1 part non-alcoholic gin
A dash of simple rosemary syrup
Sparkling water to taste
Small rosemary cutlet as decoration
One slice of pink grapefruit (optional)
Instructions
- In a cocktail pitcher or individual glass, pour the rosemary syrup, then add the alcohol-free gin and the pink grapefruit juice: stir, then top up with sparkling water.
- Add a freshly cut slice of pink grapefruit and a cutlet of rosemary. Serve with or without ice.
