Key Lime Pie Cocktail Recipe
Kick off summer with this dessert in a glass! Tart and perfect all summer long! I made this with white rum but can use Coconut Rum or Vanilla Vodka. Served on ice or strain to make as a martini.

Ingredients
1–2 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs
1 lime wedge
Ice
2oz white rum
2oz Key West lime juice
2oz pineapple juice
2oz half & half
Instructions
- Rim the glass with graham cracker crumbs by squeezing a lime around the rim and dipping into the crumbs. (Alternatively, can use the key lime juice or pineapple juice).
- Next in a shaker add the ice, rum, key lime juice, pineapple juice, and the half & half. (Alternatively, just make in the glass and make sure to stir well).
- Shake and pour into the glass.
- Garnish with a lime slice/wedge and enjoy.
