These Valentine’s Gluten-Free and Keto-Friendly Cookies are naturally sweetened with ripe bananas and packed with the nutty goodness of sesame seeds. Soft, wholesome, and heart-shaped, they’re a guilt-free treat perfect for sharing with someone you love.

2 ripe bananas

1 cup white sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Mash the bananas – Peel the bananas and place them in a medium bowl. Use a fork to mash them until smooth. The riper the bananas, the better — they should be naturally sweet and soft. 
  2. Add sesame seeds – Pour in 1 cup of white sesame seeds. Mix well until the seeds are fully coated with banana and the mixture becomes thick and sticky.
  3. Shape the cookies – Use silicone molds or cookie cutters placed on a parchment-lined tray. Fill each mold with a spoonful of the mixture and press it down evenly. If you don’t have molds, shape the dough into small rounds by hand and flatten them slightly.
  4. Preheat your oven to 170°C (340°F). Bake the cookies for 12–15 minutes, or until they look set and lightly golden.
  5. Cool and serve.
