Valentine’s Gluten-Free and Keto Friendly Cookies
These Valentine’s Gluten-Free and Keto-Friendly Cookies are naturally sweetened with ripe bananas and packed with the nutty goodness of sesame seeds. Soft, wholesome, and heart-shaped, they’re a guilt-free treat perfect for sharing with someone you love.
- Total Time: 17-20 minutes
- Yield: 6 cookies
Ingredients
2 ripe bananas
1 cup white sesame seeds
Instructions
- Mash the bananas – Peel the bananas and place them in a medium bowl. Use a fork to mash them until smooth. The riper the bananas, the better — they should be naturally sweet and soft.
- Add sesame seeds – Pour in 1 cup of white sesame seeds. Mix well until the seeds are fully coated with banana and the mixture becomes thick and sticky.
- Shape the cookies – Use silicone molds or cookie cutters placed on a parchment-lined tray. Fill each mold with a spoonful of the mixture and press it down evenly. If you don’t have molds, shape the dough into small rounds by hand and flatten them slightly.
- Preheat your oven to 170°C (340°F). Bake the cookies for 12–15 minutes, or until they look set and lightly golden.
- Cool and serve.
