Ingredients
Scale
1 part non-alcoholic gin
1 part elderflower cordial
2 parts tonic water (chilled)
1 slice of lemon
Instructions
- Pour one part non-alcoholic gin and one part elderflower cordial into a glass or cocktail pitcher.
- Stir, then top up with chilled tonic water.
- Add a thin slice of lemon, fresh elderflower as decoration, and serve cold.
Notes
- You can serve this gin tonic with elderflower mocktail in individual glasses, like a G&T, or you can prepare a pitcher and let people serve themselves.
- If you serve it in a pitcher, make sure you use chilled tonic water and do keep an eye that it doesn’t get too warm if left outside for long.
- This mocktail tastes best if served cold.
