How to Make a Baileys Flat White Martini

We have given instructions here to make a single elegant serving of a delicious Flat White Martini, but you can easily double the instructions here for twice the fun to share with a friend. If you have any more than two at a time, you may not have enough room in your shaker.

A beautiful and smooth evening drinks made with Baileys Irish Cream and Espresso.

Total Time: 3 minutes
Yield: 1 serve

Ingredients

Scale

3 1/2 tablespoons Baileys

2 tablespoons Vodka

2 tablespoons Espresso (Ristretto)

A few ice cube and coffee beans to decorate

Cook Mode Prevent your screen from going dark

Instructions

Make a single ristretto shot
Pour ice into your shaker
Pour all of your spirits and the coffee into a cocktail shaker
Shake it up until all ingredients are blended, around 20-30 seconds
Strain into a martini cocktail glass
(Optional) Garnish with coffee beans

Notes

You will need a freshly made espresso shot for this recipe. If you are a coffee lover or think you’ll be entertaining regularly, I highly recommend investing in a good espresso machine, as it has many purposes beyond your morning wake-up call!

Another twist on the recipe you can try is using a Baileys variation, such as Baileys Mint Cream or Baileys Caramel. Both of these special edition Baileys liqueurs add a little more sweetness but balance nicely if you normally prefer your coffee with sugar.
