What You Need to Make This Blueberry Gin & Tonic Mocktail
The key to success with mocktails is not just taste but presentation. You want your non alcoholic drinks to look as appealing, fun, and refined as your alcoholic choices, and you can do that with the right choice of glassware.
For this blueberry G&T mocktail, you can use a tall stem glass, which looks wonderful with the fresh blueberries, or you can opt for a traditional highball Gin & Tonic glass or even a tumbler.

What Condiments Go Well With a Non-Alcoholic Gin and Tonic?
The hardest task when making G&T with non-alcoholic gin is replicating the dry kick of the alcohol.
While the final result will never be quite the same, the easiest way to replicate a real G&T in mocktails is by adding condiments. Some that work well are:
- Cardamom pods – gently crush a couple of them to release the flavor and add to your drink
- Peppercorn -black but especially pink peppercorns work great with gin
- Juniper berries – what can evoke real gin better than the berries it is made of?
- Rosemary – a lovely way to recreate the botanical flavor of gin
We discuss over here in our guide to the classic Gin & Tonic mocktail which brands of non-alcoholic gin to try.
