Ingredients

Scale

3-4 lemons

1/2 cup blue curaçao syrup (non-alcoholic version for a mocktail)

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 cup lemon-lime soda or sparkling water

1/2 cup fresh blueberries

Lemon slices for garnish

Ice

Instructions

  1. Make the Homemade Lemonade: In a pitcher filled with ice, combine the freshly squeezed lemon juice, sparkling water, and sugar. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved. Taste and adjust the sweetness by adding more sugar or water if desired. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes for a refreshing cold drink.
  2. Mix the Mocktail: In a large pitcher, combine the homemade lemonade and blue curaçao syrup. Stir thoroughly to ensure even mixing of the ingredients.
  3. Assemble the Mocktails: Fill individual glasses with ice, then pour the mocktail mixture over the ice until filled.
  4. Garnish: Add a handful of fresh blueberries and a slice of lemon to each glass for decoration.
  5. Serve: Enjoy immediately while it’s chilled and fizzy!
