18 Oreo cookies, finely crushed in food processor

1/3 cup of additional crushed Oreos for rolling

24 mini Oreo cookies

24 candy eyeballs

Crush the 18 oreos, then add those to a bowl with the cream cheese and beat with an electric mixer until smooth.
Roll into 12 equal sized balls.
Crush about 6 oreos to make 1/3 of a cup, then set aside.
Roll the Oreo balls in the crushed cookies.
Separate the mini oreos, gently remove the cream filling, then break each piece of Mini Oreo in half.
Gently push 4 of the half mini Oreo cookies in each side of the ball to make the legs, then add 2 eyeballs in the front.
Chill until ready to serve.
