Ingredients

8 oz. block feta cheese
1 cup Greek yogurt
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 lemon, juiced
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
1/4 teaspoon black pepper, or to taste
Parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- In a food processor, add the feta cheese, yogurt, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Process until well combined.
- Chop the parsley.
- Put the whipped feta dip in a bowl and garnish with red pepper flakes and chopped parsley.
- Serve with chips or vegetables.
