For the Base:
1 cup heavy cream (30-33% fat), chilled
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
For the Decoration:
4 candy cherries
8 pretzels
8 chocolate chips
Instructions
- The heavy cream and whipping bowl should be chilled. Add the powdered sugar to the heavy cream and begin beating with a mixer on low speed. Increase the speed and continue beating until creamy and soft peaks form.
- Transfer the whipped cream and powdered sugar to a pastry bag fitted with a star tip. Pipe the cream into a silicone muffin mold to form a cap. Freeze the mold for 1 hour.
- Press the eyes and cherry noses into each muffin and chill for another hour.
- Insert the pretzel cones. Carefully invert the silicone molds and transfer the dessert to a chilled plate using a silicone spatula. Serve.
Notes
- You can also sprinkle the deer with coconut flakes, grated chocolate, or cinnamon. Merry Christmas!
