This Under-the-Sea Charcuterie board is a whimsical sweet spread featuring mermaid popcorn, jello cups, frosted mini cupcakes, and colorful sprinkles. Arranged beautifully on a round wooden board, it’s an easy and delicious treat display that brings a magical ocean theme to any party.

Ingredients

Mermaid popcorn 

Under the sea jello cups 

Mini cupcakes, frosted

Mermaid (blue and purple) sprinkles

Instructions

  1. After you have all your ingredients prepared, start by placing the sprinkles in a small dish in the center of the charcuterie board.
  2. On the right and left side of the center of the board place 6 cupcakes on each side, leaving a bit of space between the sprinkles and the cupcakes.
  3. Next place 4 jello cups on the top of the board and four cups on the bottom in a line, filling the space between the mini cupcakes on the left and right, but leaving space between the jello cups and sprinkles in the middle.
  4. There will now only be space surrounding the sprinkles in the middle. Fill in all the center space with the mermaid popcorn.
  5. And done!

Notes

Interactive Portion:

  • Keep the mini cupcakes only frosted and not designed, make it an activity by allowing kids or whoever is using the board to dip each cupcake into the sprinkles and make their own cupcake.
  • Let them add any sprinkles to their jello as well.
