2 oz Irish Whiskey
1/2 lime juiced
6 oz Ginger Beer
Lime wedge and/or mint to garnish
Instructions
- Measure out the Whiskey straight into the copper mug
- Add freshly squeezed lime juice
- Fill the remainder of the glass with ice
- Top off until full with ginger beer
- Use a long stirring spoon to mix the drink gently
- Garnish, if desired, with lime wedges and/or mint sprig

You may want to vary the quanity depending on your cup size, but we recommend sticking to the 3:1 ratio Whiskey to Ginger Beer
