Ingredients

2 oz Irish Whiskey 1/2 lime juiced 6 oz Ginger Beer Lime wedge and/or mint to garnish

Instructions

  1. Measure out the Whiskey straight into the copper mug
  2. Add freshly squeezed lime juice
  3. Fill the remainder of the glass with ice
  4. Top off until full with ginger beer
  5. Use a long stirring spoon to mix the drink gently
  6. Garnish, if desired, with lime wedges and/or mint sprig

Notes

You may want to vary the quanity depending on your cup size, but we recommend sticking to the 3:1 ratio Whiskey to Ginger Beer
