1 sleeve saltine crackers

1 cup butter, 2 sticks

1/2 cup packed brown sugar

8 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips

4 oz white chocolate chips

1/4 cup Robin Eggs

1/4 cup Easter M&Ms

Peeps Easter sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Line the baking sheet with aluminum foil, then arrange crackers in a single layer filling the entire baking sheet. Break crackers in half to fit if needed.
  3. Add the butter and brown sugar to a saucepan, then melt the butter over medium/high heat. Continue cooking for 3 minutes over medium-high heat, then pour the mixture over the crackers and quickly spread it out across the crackers.
  4. Transfer the baking sheet to the oven, and bake for 15 minutes.
  5. Remove the pan from the oven.
  6. Melt the chocolate and spread it over the crackers.
  7. Melt the white chocolate and drop spoonfuls over the chocolate, then swirl into the chocolate.
  8. Top with candies and sprinkles.
  9. Refrigerate for about an hour to help it set quickly, then break into pieces.
