Ingredients
1 sleeve saltine crackers
1 cup butter, 2 sticks
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
8 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
4 oz white chocolate chips
1/4 cup Robin Eggs
1/4 cup Easter M&Ms
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Line the baking sheet with aluminum foil, then arrange crackers in a single layer filling the entire baking sheet. Break crackers in half to fit if needed.
- Add the butter and brown sugar to a saucepan, then melt the butter over medium/high heat. Continue cooking for 3 minutes over medium-high heat, then pour the mixture over the crackers and quickly spread it out across the crackers.
- Transfer the baking sheet to the oven, and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the pan from the oven.
- Melt the chocolate and spread it over the crackers.
- Melt the white chocolate and drop spoonfuls over the chocolate, then swirl into the chocolate.
