Ingredients
For the base:
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice, unsweetened oat also works well)
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1-2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (adjust based on sweetness preference)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cream cheese
Ice cubes
For topping:
Whipped cream or light whipped cream (optional)
Fresh strawberries for garnish
Strawberry syrup (optional, for drizzling on top)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the almond milk, frozen strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, cream cheese and ice cubes. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- If itβs too thick, add a little more milk to reach your desired consistency.
- Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness if needed, adding more honey or maple syrup as desired.
- Pour the mixture into a tall glass. If using, top with whipped cream or light whipped cream.
- Garnish with fresh strawberries on top and drizzle with strawberry syrup for extra flavor.
- Serve immediately with a straw and enjoy your delicious, healthier Strawberry Cheesecake Frappuccino!
