This Carrot Cheeseball is an Easter twist on a party favorite. Loaded with flavor, this delicious, adorable cheeseball is shaped like a carrot, and covered in cheese!

Ingredients

2-8 oz packages cream cheese, softened

1 oz ranch seasoning mix

2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, finely shredded

1/2 cup bacon pieces

Curly parsley (for carrot greens)

Instructions

  1. Mix together the cream cheese, ranch seasoning, 1 cup of cheese, and bacon pieces in a large bowl until well combined. Chill for 30 minutes.
  2. Remove cheese mixture from the refrigerator after 30 minutes, and form into a carrot shape on parchment paper. Cover in remaining cheese.
  3. Arrange parsley at the top of a serving platter or tray. Set carrot shaped cheeseball on top of the parsley.
  4. Serve with veggies or crackers.
