Bubbly, fruity, and full of holiday cheer, this Sparkling Cranberry Apple Cider Punch is the perfect festive drink for any gathering. With crisp apple slices, tart cranberries, and a hint of cinnamon and rosemary, it’s refreshing, fragrant, and irresistibly seasonal.

64 oz. cranberry juice

1-2 (25.4 oz.) bottles of sparkling cider

1-2 cups fresh cranberries

2-3 fresh apples

1 rosemary sprig, plus extra for garnish, optional

3-4 cinnamon sticks, plus extra for garnish, optional

Instructions

  1. To a large pitcher, add cranberries. Chop the apples, and add those, then toss in cinnamon sticks and a sprig of rosemary.
  2. Fill the pitcher halfway with cranberry juice.
  3. Fill the rest of the way with sparkling cider.
  4. Give everything a good stir. Allow the punch to refrigerate 1-2 hours to let some of the cinnamon and fresh fruit flavors to incorporate.
  5. To serve, pour over ice, and garnish with a cinnamon stick or rosemary sprig, if desired.
