64 oz. cranberry juice
1-2 (25.4 oz.) bottles of sparkling cider
1-2 cups fresh cranberries
2-3 fresh apples
1 rosemary sprig, plus extra for garnish, optional
3-4 cinnamon sticks, plus extra for garnish, optional
Instructions
- To a large pitcher, add cranberries. Chop the apples, and add those, then toss in cinnamon sticks and a sprig of rosemary.
- Fill the pitcher halfway with cranberry juice.
- Fill the rest of the way with sparkling cider.
- Give everything a good stir. Allow the punch to refrigerate 1-2 hours to let some of the cinnamon and fresh fruit flavors to incorporate.
- To serve, pour over ice, and garnish with a cinnamon stick or rosemary sprig, if desired.
