6 tablespoons butter
4 cups mini marshmallows
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 cups rice krispies
2 cups golden grahams
1 cup mini marshmallows divided
1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Line a 9×9 baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large pan melt your butter.
- Add in 4 cups mini marshmallows and continuously stir until melted.
- Add in rice krispies, golden grahams, and 1/2 cup marshmallows until well incorporated.
- Press mixture into prepared baking dish.
- Spread the chocolate chips and the second 1/2 cup of marshmallows and press into the top of the rice krispies.
- Store in an airtight container for up to five days.
- Prep Time: 10 minutes
