1 shot of espresso (or 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee)
2 tablespoons s’mores syrup
1 cup milk (or any non-dairy alternative)
1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
2 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs (plus extra for garnish)
Mini marshmallows (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the Glass: Spread the graham cracker crumbs on a small plate. Dip the rim of your mug or glass in chocolate syrup, then dip it into the graham cracker crumbs to coat the rim.
- Heat the Milk: In a small saucepan or using a milk frother, heat the milk until it’s warm and frothy. Avoid boiling.
- Mix the Espresso/Coffee and Syrup: Brew your espresso (or coffee). In your prepared mug, pour the espresso (or coffee) and stir in the s’mores syrup.
- Combine & Froth: Pour the frothed milk over the espresso and syrup mixture. Stir gently to combine.
- Top It Off: Garnish with mini marshmallows and a sprinkle of extra graham cracker crumbs.
