Philly Cheesesteak Phyllo Bites Recipe

4 slices roast beef from deli, diced small

1/2 cup finely diced green pepper

1 small onion, finely diced

1/2 - 3/4 cup finely diced mushrooms

1 1/2 tsp Weber Savory Steakhouse seasoning

1/2 cup provolone cheese, shredded

30 Phyllo shells

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Chop your veggies and the roast beef.
  3. Add the green pepper and onion to a skillet and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring to slightly soften.
  4. Add the roast beef, mushrooms and seasoning to the skillet. Cook for an additional 5 minutes. Stir in half the cheese.
  5. Fill the phyllo shells with the mixture, the top with a little more cheese.
  6. Arrange the phyllo shells on a baking sheet and transfer to the oven to bake for 10 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven, serve warm, and enjoy!
