8 oz. marinated Mozzarella balls, drained

Fresh basil leaves

Instructions

  1. Lay four slices of pepperoni side by side, slightly overlapping.
  2. Fold the pepperoni in half lengthwise to create a flat edge on the bottom.
  3. Starting at one end, roll the folded pepperoni into a spiral to form a rose shape.
  4. Slide a pepperoni rose onto a skewer.
  5. Add one fresh basil leaf.
  6. Add one marinated mozzarella ball.
  7. Repeat for the remaining skewers.
  8. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
