1 - 12 count package sweet Hawaiian rolls
1 cup pizza sauce
1/2 cup pepperoni slices
1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup sliced olives
1/4 cup diced mushrooms
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 medium yellow pepper, diced
1 small red onion, diced
2 tablespoons Italian dressing

- Sprinkle with half of the mozzarella cheese.
- Top with a layer of sliced pepperoni.
- Sprinkle with the olives, mushrooms, pepper and onion mix.
- Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Place the top half of the rolls back in place.
- Using a pastry brush, spread a layer of Italian dressing over the top of the rolls.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or just until browned and slightly crispy.
- Serve immediately.
