These One-Pan Pizza Sliders layer soft Hawaiian rolls with pizza sauce, melty mozzarella, pepperoni, veggies, and a glossy Italian-dressed top before baking into gooey, pull-apart perfection. Every bite tastes like a mini pizza wrapped in warm, fluffy rolls.

Ingredients

1 - 12 count package sweet Hawaiian rolls

1 cup pizza sauce

1/2 cup pepperoni slices

1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup sliced olives

1/4 cup diced mushrooms

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 medium yellow pepper, diced

1 small red onion, diced

2 tablespoons Italian dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment. Set aside.
  2. In a small sauce pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add in the peppers and onion and cook for 3-5 minutes or until tender. Set aside.
  3. Using a serrated knife, carefully slice the entire block of sweet rolls horizontally without breaking apart the individual rolls. Set the top half to the side for now.
  4. Spread the pizza sauce over the bottom half of the rolls.
  5. Sprinkle with half of the mozzarella cheese.
  6. Top with a layer of sliced pepperoni.
  7. Sprinkle with the olives, mushrooms, pepper and onion mix.
  8. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
  9. Place the top half of the rolls back in place.
  10. Using a pastry brush, spread a layer of Italian dressing over the top of the rolls.
  11. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or just until browned and slightly crispy.
  12. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Storage: Sliders are best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat prior to serving.
