Ingredients
1 lb. natural Italian sausage
8 oz. chorizo
8 oz. cream cheese softened
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 cup canned green chiles drained
1 cup almond milk
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add the Italian sausage and chorizo to a skillet over medium high heat. Saute until the meat is completely browned and cooked through. Drain the excess grease.
- Reduce the heat to medium, and stir in the cream cheese until completely melted and combined.
- Mix in the garlic, onion powder and green chiles.
- Pour in the almond milk, and stir to combine well.
- Sprinkle in the cheese, and stir until completely melted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve with your choice of items for dipping.
