2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sour cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 cup chopped pickled jalapeños
1/2 cup chopped celery
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, sour cream, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
- Add the shredded chicken, chopped jalapeños, and chopped celery to the bowl. Mix until everything is evenly coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the salad to chill.
- Serve cold with croissants, fresh veggies, or crackers. Enjoy!
Notes
- Rotisserie chicken is quick and flavorful, but any cooked and shredded chicken breast will work.
- For a spicier kick, add more jalapeños.
