2 cups cooked and shredded chicken

1 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon sour cream

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 cup chopped pickled jalapeños

1/2 cup chopped celery

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, sour cream, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
  2. Add the shredded chicken, chopped jalapeños, and chopped celery to the bowl. Mix until everything is evenly coated.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the salad to chill.
  4. Serve cold with croissants, fresh veggies, or crackers. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Rotisserie chicken is quick and flavorful, but any cooked and shredded chicken breast will work.
  • For a spicier kick, add more jalapeños.
