5 oz bag of pork rinds

1/2 lb ground beef

2 teaspoons taco seasoning

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1 roma tomato, diced

1 avocado, diced

2.25 oz can sliced black olives, drained

1/4 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Dice the tomato and avocado.
  3. Brown the ground beef in a cast iron skillet over medium heat, breaking it apart as it cooks, until no longer pink.
  4. Drain the grease, then stir in the taco seasoning and set the cooked meat on a plate.
  5. Add pork rinds to the iron skillet, then top with the cooked ground beef and cheese. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
  6. Sprinkle the tomato, avocado and black olives over the top, then drizzle with sour cream.
