- Small pot
- Whisk
- Dropper or small spoon

Healthy Gummy Recipe
- Total Time: 45 minutes
- Yield: 75 small gummies
Ingredients
1/3 cup choice of fruit juice from concentrate (orange, apple, grape)
2 tablespoons raw honey
2 teaspoons granulated sugar or sweetener
1 tablespoon organic gelatin powder
1 tablespoon water
Instructions
- Prepare silicone molds by placing them on a large baking sheet. This will allow you to transfer them into the refrigerator when its time to set.
- Pour fruit juice into a small pot and turn heat to medium-high, pour in honey and granulated sugar whisking continuously until the mixture starts to boil. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
- Mix gelatin with water and sit for 2 minutes to allow the gelatin to bloom. Then add to the warm fruit juice and whisk until gelatin is dissolved.
- Using a dropper or a small spoon, fill the molds to the top, working somewhat quickly before the mixture begins to set.
- Once molds are filled, place tray in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- After chilling, pop the gummies out of the molds and enjoy!
Notes
- Store gummies in an airtight container or Ziploc bag for up to 1 week.
- Juices such as, pineapple, kiwi, mango, papaya, fig and guava contain an enzyme called a protease that will not allow the gelatin to solidify, so they will not work as well with this recipe.
- Prep Time: 15 minutes
