10 oz container roasted garlic hummus
2/3 cup plain greek yogurt
1 cucumber, peeled and diced
1 roma tomato, diced
1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup kalamata olives, sliced
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Instructions
- Chop the cucumber and tomato, then slice the olives and chop the parsley.
- Spread the hummus in the bottom of your dish, then drop spoonfuls of the Greek yogurt, gently spreading it outward, about 1/2 inch from the edge of the hummus layer.
- Scatter the cucumber, tomato, and olives and feta over the top. Then sprinkle with parsley.
- Chill for 1 hour, or until ready to serve.
