Ingredients

10 oz container roasted garlic hummus

2/3 cup plain greek yogurt

1 cucumber, peeled and diced

1 roma tomato, diced

1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese

1/4 cup kalamata olives, sliced

2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Chop the cucumber and tomato, then slice the olives and chop the parsley.
  2. Spread the hummus in the bottom of your dish, then drop spoonfuls of the Greek yogurt, gently spreading it outward, about 1/2 inch from the edge of the hummus layer.
  3. Scatter the cucumber, tomato, and olives and feta over the top. Then sprinkle with parsley.
  4. Chill for 1 hour, or until ready to serve.
