8 oz gingerbread cookies
4 oz cream cheese
10 oz white chocolate
1/3 cup coconut flakes
Red icing
1 tablespoon dark chocolate
Instructions
- Add crushed cookie crumbs and cream cheese to a bowl. Stir.
- Form balls of two different sizes, thread onto wooden skewers and chill in the freezer for half an hour. Each skewer should have 2 balls – one smaller and one larger.
- Dip in melted chocolate.
- Draw eyes with dark chocolate, buttons, nose with red icing. If desired, tie a gummy scarf. Sprinkle with coconut flakes.
