Ingredients

1 1/2 cups ice

2 oz vodka

1 oz blue curacao

3 oz pineapple juice

1 orange wedge (or a splash of orange juice)

Optional – orange, pineapple, or lime slice for garnish

Combine the ice, vodka, blue curacao, and pineapple juice in a blender.
Squeeze the orange wedge into the liquid as well.
Blend until smooth or desired consistency.

Notes

Being a frozen drink, this is best enjoyed straight after serving or it will lose its wonderfully refreshing frozen texture.

We’ve served ours in a mason jar but get creative; you could also serve this in a hurricane glass, or smaller serves into a martini glass.
