This Frozen Mangarita Cocktail blends sweet, juicy mango with tangy lime juice and smooth tequila for a refreshing tropical twist on the classic margarita. Perfectly slushy and vibrant, it’s the ultimate summer drink to cool down and impress your guests.

  • Total Time: 10 minutes
  • Yield: 2 servings

Ingredients

Scale

2 cups frozen mango chunks

1 cup ice cubes

1/2 cup silver tequila

1/4 cup triple sec or orange liqueur

1/3 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (for extra tang in place of pineapple juice)

1-2 tablespoons agave syrup (adjust to taste)

Lime wedges, for garnish

Tajín seasoning or coarse salt, for rimming (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Glasses: Run a lime wedge around the rim of each glass, then dip it in Tajín or salt to coat, if desired.
  2. Blend the Margarita: In a blender, combine the frozen mango chunks, ice cubes, tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and agave syrup. Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness with more agave if desired.
  3. Serve: Pour the frozen margarita into the prepared glasses. Garnish with a lime wedge.
