Ingredients
2 cups frozen mango chunks
1 cup ice cubes
1/2 cup silver tequila
1/4 cup triple sec or orange liqueur
1/3 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (for extra tang in place of pineapple juice)
1-2 tablespoons agave syrup (adjust to taste)
Lime wedges, for garnish
Tajín seasoning or coarse salt, for rimming (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Glasses: Run a lime wedge around the rim of each glass, then dip it in Tajín or salt to coat, if desired.
- Blend the Margarita: In a blender, combine the frozen mango chunks, ice cubes, tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and agave syrup. Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness with more agave if desired.
- Serve: Pour the frozen margarita into the prepared glasses. Garnish with a lime wedge.
