Ingredients

1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
A dash of ground cinnamon
A dash of ground nutmeg
A dash of ground allspice
A dash of vanilla extract
4 tablespoons dark rum
2/3 cups hot water
1 cinnamon stick for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Place the sugar, butter and spices into your cup or mug and muddle
- Pour the rum over and top up with hot water
- Stir and serve with a cinnamon stick (optional)
