  • Total Time: 1 hour and 35 minutes
  • Yield: 12 1x

Ingredients

Scale

Boxed Brownie Mix (I used 18.3 oz Duncan Hines Chewy Fudge Brownie Mix)

3 large eggs

2/3 cup vegetable oil

2 tablespoons water

2/3 cup Robin Eggs, crushed

1/4 cup white chocolate for drizzle

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the brownie mix, eggs, oil, and water until you have a smooth batter.
  3. Grease the brownie pan, then divide the mixture between the 12 cavities of the brownie pan.
  4. Add a small amount of crushed Robin Eggs into the center of each batter filled cavity.
  5. Transfer the pan to the oven and bake for 20 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center of a brownie comes out clean.
  6. Allow brownies to cool.
  7. Gently remove each brownie from the pan. You can lightly run a butter knife along the edges to help them lift out.
  8. Melt the white chocolate and drizzle over each brownie. Immediately top with a sprinkle of crushed Robin Eggs.
