Robin Egg Brownies
These Easter Robin Egg Brownies are rich, fudgy, and topped with colorful crushed Robin Eggs candy for the perfect festive treat. The combination of decadent chocolate and crunchy malted eggs makes them a delicious addition to any Easter celebration.

Ingredients
Boxed Brownie Mix (I used 18.3 oz Duncan Hines Chewy Fudge Brownie Mix)
3 large eggs
2/3 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons water
2/3 cup Robin Eggs, crushed
1/4 cup white chocolate for drizzle
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl, mix together the brownie mix, eggs, oil, and water until you have a smooth batter.
- Grease the brownie pan, then divide the mixture between the 12 cavities of the brownie pan.
- Add a small amount of crushed Robin Eggs into the center of each batter filled cavity.
- Transfer the pan to the oven and bake for 20 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center of a brownie comes out clean.
- Allow brownies to cool.
- Gently remove each brownie from the pan. You can lightly run a butter knife along the edges to help them lift out.
- Melt the white chocolate and drizzle over each brownie. Immediately top with a sprinkle of crushed Robin Eggs.
