Ingredients

Scale

1 medium cucumber, peeled and sliced (reserve a few slices for garnish)

1/3 cup of fresh lime juice (about 1-2 limes)

1 tablespoon of agave syrup or honey (adjust to taste)

1/2 cup of orange juice

1/2 cup of sparkling water or soda of your choice

Ice cubes

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Glass – If you’d like a salted or sugary rim, rub a lime wedge around the edge of your glass and dip it into salt or sugar
  2. Make the Cucumber Puree – In a blender, combine the cucumber slices and blend until smooth. You can strain it through a fine mesh sieve if you prefer a smoother texture.
  3. Mix the Drink – In a shaker or pitcher, combine the cucumber puree, fresh lime juice, orange juice, and agave syrup or honey. Stir well to mix.
  4. Add Sparkling Water – Gently stir in the sparkling water or soda of your choice to add some fizz.
  5. Serve – Fill your prepared glass with ice cubes and pour the cucumber mixture over the ice.
  6. Garnish – Garnish with cucumber slices and fresh mint leaves for an extra touch of freshness.
  7. Enjoy – Sip your refreshing Cucumber Margarita Mocktail and enjoy the cooling flavors!

Notes

  • Feel free to adjust the sweetness and lime juice to your preference. Enjoy your drink!
