This extremely easy Banana Split Fluff is absolutely amazing! It’s so light, fluffy and full of flavor! This is the best dessert for those warm get togethers! So refreshing and delicious and ready in under 10 minutes.

  • Total Time: 10 minutes
  • Yield: 8 1x

Ingredients

Scale

20 oz can of crushed pineapple (with the juice)

3.4 oz box of instant banana pudding

8 oz container of cool whip (thawed)

2 10 oz jars of maraschino cherries (sliced in half and patted dry)

1/2 cup of chopped walnuts

1/3 cup of mini chocolate chips

1 cup of mini marshmallows

2 bananas (sliced)

2 tablespoons of rainbow sprinkles

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, add the crushed pineapple with juice
  2. Add the banana pudding mix and stir together until it becomes thick.
  3. Add in the cool whip and fold with a silicone spatula, do not stir.
  4. Add in the cherries, walnuts, chocolate chips, marshmallows and sliced bananas.
  5. Fold once again until everything is completely mixed together
  6. Top with the sprinkles and serve with graham crackers or whatever cracker you’d like to dip with!

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
  • For the dessert’s yellow appearance, the cherries must be completely dry. You can even rinse them before drying; if you skip this step, the fluff will likely turn pink.
  • You can top it with extra chopped walnuts, cherries, and bananas to make it look pretty.
