A Fresh Summer Favorite: Mini Caprese Skewers for Any Occasion
Caprese Skewers are one of those appetizers I keep coming back to—they’re simple, fresh, and always a hit. Made with just a few ingredients like cherry tomatoes, mozzarella pearls, and basil leaves, they come together quickly and look great on any platter. A drizzle of balsamic glaze adds a touch of tangy sweetness that ties everything together.
I like that there’s no cooking involved, just easy prep and a few minutes of assembly. Whether you’re putting them together ahead of time or making them right before serving, they hold up well and taste just as good chilled or at room temperature.
This is one of those delicious little bites that works for everything from casual backyard hangouts to more dressed-up occasions—and I never have leftovers.
