These Bacon Wrapped Smokies are the perfect bite-sized appetizer, featuring smoky sausages wrapped in crispy, caramelized bacon. Easy to prepare and always a crowd favorite, they’re a must-have for parties, holidays, or game day snacks!

Ingredients

12 oz package Lil Smokies (I used beef)

8–9 slices of bacon

¼ cup brown sugar

Cook Mode Prevent your screen from going dark

Instructions

Cut the bacon into thirds
Preheat the oven to 35 degrees.
Set a slice flat on a plate, then set a Lil Smokie on one end and roll it in the bacon slice.
Secure with a toothpick.
Arrange on a parchment or foil lined baking sheet.
Sprinkle brown sugar over the bacon wrapped smokies.
Transfer the baking sheet to the oven, and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bacon is getting crispy.
Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

My package had 25 Lil Smokies in it. Yours may have a few less or more, depending on the size as the package size goes by weight.
Oven temps and cooking times can vary. Start the oven timer for 20 minutes, then check and cook for additional time if needed.
