Snickerdoodle Bars

1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
1 ½ cups granulated sugar
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

- Cream Butter and Sugar – In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy.
